Substitutions take place on the fly approximately every 45 seconds (a sports timer can be used). The first two players on the bench go onto the field. After one round, make sure that the same two players are not always paired together on the field.

• Goalkeepers play as normal

• No face-offs (after a goal, play continues immediately)

• If the ball leaves the field, a new ball is put into play right away (by the coach, goalkeeper, or other players, etc.)

• The game is played without referees. In cases of clear rule violations, players are expected to call the foul themselves. Otherwise, the focus is on keeping the flow of the game as high as possible.

OPTION:

• In the third and/or fourth round, it is allowed to add a joker player into the game. The goal is simply to evaluate the players in as many different game situations as possible.
